A surveyor will be appointed to you, to provide a single point of contact and co-ordinate services ensuring your needs are understood and met.

Risk Reduction by giving design advice at the earliest opportunity with conditional approvals at tender stage;

By working with you through the design stages, as a contributing member of the team, we are able to advise on compliance of designs and specifications, preventing problems from occurring in later stages.

Site inspections are undertaken during life of the project at frequencies to suit project complexity, key stages and time-scales; with detailed reports produced for the design team and client.

Energy Assessments

We can provide you with SAP & SBEM calculations (as appropriate) together with an EPC on completion for Domestic projects.

Code for Sustainable Housing

Of importance for RSL clients, we can provide Assessments to show conformity with the Code for Sustainable Homes.
